I switched to Cowan Insurance Agency for my business and homeowner’s insurance last year after being very dissatisfied with my previous agent. Larry Cowan is a sweetheart and everyone I’ve spoken with is very pleasant. This is an established business run the old fashioned way. They make you feel like your business matters to them and they really want to take care of you. All of this and their prices can not be beat!

Great little family owned company. Larry and his staff definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I have had to go through 2 accidents, and both times they took care of a lot of the painful communication with the insurance company, as well as the paperwork. The staff is knowledgeable and can always answer questions about my policy on the spot. If you are looking to save some time, energy, and much of the stress/agony that comes along with accidents (and insurance in general), I would recommend using this agent as your liaison between yourself and the big insurance companies (who know you only as a policy number, not a name).
